Shanghai Talent Tower is a public institution in Shanghai, dedicated to enhancing job opportunities and providing support services, serving as a key resource for the local workforce.

To improve its productivity and move away from traditional non-digital communication methods, the institution turned to INFiLED. 

Four screens of our WP Series were chosen to support this digital transformation, ensuring visitors received clear, real-time updates with a professional aesthetic.

The Story of Shanghai Talent Tower

Shanghai Talent Tower operates in the public sector, specializing in employment support, job recommendations, and employee rights services.

The Challenge: Digitalizing the Government Communication

Before partnering with INFiLED, the Shanghai Talent Tower had no system in place for visually engaging its visitors. Most of the information communication still relied on traditional non-digital methods.

Recognizing the need to modernize its communication strategy, they looked for a solution that could display content with superior clarity and enhance its image as a professional public service institution.

How INFiLED Responded

After receiving the request, our local team visited the space and spent time with key stakeholders, including the IT Manager and staff who would be responsible for handling the displays. Through this close collaboration, we identified several key factors:

• The space experiences high traffic, and equipment may face wear and tear or accidental damage.
• The lobby is large, so the information displayed needed to be highly visible and legible even in brightly lit condition.
• As a government institution, the solution had to balance functionality with maintaining a modern and professional aesthetic.
• The institution may face evolving needs as their communication strategies and physical spaces expand.

After analyzing the space and the requirements, we recommended screens from our WP Series —two in the lobby and two near key service areas.
