Erik Wolff – CEO/COO, ICT AG

Erik serves as the CEO of HALOSTAGE, a cutting-edge ICVFX studio based in Germany, and concurrently holds the role of COO at ICT, a leading LED and technology provider in the country.mWith a background that spans the Information Technology boom of the 90s and a noteworthy stint in banking, Erik transitioned to ICT in 2013, where he assumed a pivotal role in sales and marketing. Under his strategic guidance, ICT has evolved into a trusted rental and systems integration partner for some of Germany’s foremost industry clients.
In response to the challenges posed by the pandemic, Erik played a key role in founding HALOSTAGE, a testament to his commitment to innovation and adaptability. HALOSTAGE has quickly established itself as a significant player in the ICVFX studio landscape, thanks to Erik’s visionary leadership.
Erik Wolff brings a wealth of experience and insights to our panel discussion, drawing on his extensive background in both technology and business. As a film enthusiast and self-proclaimed “film freak,” Erik’s unique perspective adds a dynamic dimension to his professional achievements.
Outside of work, he enjoys riding motorcycles, adding depth to his character beyond his role in corporate leadership.

Adrian Weber – Virtual Production Supervisor, HALOSTAGE

Adrian Weber, a Berlin-based virtual production supervisor, brings a wealth of experience to the industry. From setup to operations, Adrian specializes in integrating advanced technologies into productions worldwide. His real-time expertise has contributed to major film, broadcast, and industry projects like “Poor Things” (Searchlight), “Role Play” (Amazon Prime), “Crooks” (Netflix), “Constellation” (AppleTV+), Euphoria, as well as collaborations with industry giants such as Mercedes Benz, VW, Bavaria Studios, and many more. Adrian’s mission is to elevate productions of all sizes with the perfect blend of technology and creativity.

Tony Vanmoorleghem – HOST – Director of Technology, INFiLED

With over 35 years of experience in the video industry, Tony has established himself as a seasoned professional. A key contributor of the LED business at Barco, he played a significant role in shaping the early landscape of LED technology within the industry.

During his tenure at Martin Professional, Tony was instrumental in the development of the P3 video processor, contributing his expertise to enhance video processing capabilities. Subsequently, his transition to VER saw him involved in the creation of a new LED processing platform, now recognized as Brompton.

With a background rooted in technology, Tony now directs his focus towards exploring new technological developments that can be integrated into the AV market, with a particular interest in Extended Reality (XR) and Video Processing (VP).

Outside of work, Tony enjoys indulging in his passion for music, finding relaxation and inspiration in its melodies.
